Bio
Joseph Oniwor is a transformation trainer. He has been in the
fitness industry for 28 years. In his past, he was a college
athlete and a pro arena football player. Joseph’s passion is
helping women transition into menopause in the best shape of their
lives. He is on a mission to help women take back control over
their bodies while they are dealing with energy loss and weight
gain that comes along with menopause.
In his past, Joe and his family had struggled with weight and
health. By turning to a healthier lifestyle, he was able to lose up
to 110 lbs.
