Joseph's passion is helping women transition into menopause in the best shape of the lives. He is on a mission to help women take back control over their bodies while they are dealing with energy loss and weight gain that comes along with menopause. In his past, Joe and his family had struggled with weight and health. By turning to a healthier lifestyle, he was able to lose up to 110 lbs.
